Last time we came together as a server for a meeting we managed (thru all the Trolls) to get more ppl involved in the Forum and the TS. which has then led to more server organisation. VK first asked on our forum if we would host them for a week. if we didn't have that meeting we would never have learned some of the strategy we have picked up in the last 2 weeks (we did have ppl here who knew it but VK had the man power to show us). The TS is a tool that if lost now i would not know how to deal without it!
So all in all much good came from the server meeting and I for one would like another meeting. I'm not sure how to go about setting one up or getting the word out about it. So for those interested in another meeting lets organise it here.
EDIT: I suggest Same time and place this or next weekend.

Hey Nugget! I was actually thinking it was about due we schedule another meeting again as well. The thing is, I'm going to be gone the next two weekends for work -- is there any way we can schedule it for Sunday night so that I can make it? There are a lot of things I'd like to talk about. Plus, after the hectic reset night and fighting hard over the weekend, I have an idea for everyone to blow off some steam on a Sunday night before we get back to the week-long grind. Are you talking US time? if so i and most Aussie players won't be able to make it, that's midday Monday for us. is there a time you are free Saturday nite US time. Sunday midday for Aussie's? EDIT: win for 400th post on the WvW forum! |

EDIT: win for 400th post on the WvW forum! Unfortunately not this weekend, but I looked on my schedule and realized I will be around next weekend, since I'm only gone Thursday and Friday. Up to you guys though, don't let me hold you up. To be honest, we should be having weekly meetings before reset to talk about the next week's strategies, but that might be too hardcore for some. maybe leaving it for the weekend after this is best. this will allow ppl who aint on the FC forum to much, the oppertynity to see when we have made it. So subject to change but as for now we will have it the weekend after this one at the same time as the 1st meeting. |

last meeting was at reset time on (NA) saturday 5pm server / pacific 7pm central 8pm eastern some time in the middle of the night for europe 8am sunday somewhere in SEA 11am sunday aest >.>; im coming up on leaving for a very long time... my next couple weeks are going to be in turmoil but i know i wont be able to make it this weekend. but you dont need me  |

May I recommend you and the other commanders get together prior to a larger ferg wide WvW meeting? Only because at the last one we had several people speaking at once and people bickering. Maybe even a commander only meeting (I'm not a commander) to avoid a large dick waving contest (i don't care if you read that as big dicks, or many dicks, the point remains).
Maybe try and reach out to commanders who refuse to get on TS at the moment, i think most of us know who they are, a good chance to maybe squash some shit, or just make it clear once and for all that they should just stick to separate battle grounds. I find it very distracting and demoralizing watching commanders talk shit about one another especially when it ends up costing us our sexy ass towers.

FA stopped having these types of meetings for reason very similar to the problems you have. Bickering, talking over each other, discussing useless topics.
But we are a very strange server. We have many very individualist type guilds. We do what we want and otehr people just deal with it and we all (for the most part get along) having been on other servers, thats not how it normally is lol.
Anyways, good luck with this. Keep promoting ts3. Its your best possible tool for improvement.
