i also suggest just using [ferg] for this, or at least working it in somehow as the basis for finding interested people. everyone has invite powers and the guild is meant to be a friend list for people who like wvw. so ADD PEOPLE! if a 5 or 10 man is your thing, get your names from ferg and just go with it. id be supportive of making individual guilds if there werent a 5 guild limit for single account membership. but our community is small enough that knowing everybody is totally possible (and i should be proof enough of that), and yall dont even want to know everyone, just the people with aligned interests.
edit: pm/whisper me and i can admin you if you want to organize it with various ranks or something, just leave the current ranks for those who dont wish to participate

How could I run out of guild slots? I am doing it in this format, so that I don't run out of guild slots. Anyway, I will send the best of the best (of those who were trained) over to FSU, or any other guild willing to participate in hardcore wvw

Rikkity, we are basically sharing the same idea, except that I want them trained before they get to that point. Admin rights would be preferable, so I can organize the ranks

im also a bit concerned about the elitism you want to introduce to this (and have been whispered and asked to comment on it by others too), i think this could be a really good opportunity to help people learn how to play their classes well... but i think youre gonna have to be careful about the elitism. please dont turn it into a he-said-she-said kind of thing and try to stay away from a mutual backslapping to get in?

I am trying to avoid that, but there are limits to my control. I REALLY don't this to cause arguments, but yet again, I do want it to be a bit competitive. People just learn better when they are competing
