Portal Bombing Defenses

As you all know of the mesmer skill Portal, it can be used to devastating effect is used properly. And as of late I have noticed that SF will use this tactic more and more as of late. However i will be posting tips on how to properly defend against a portal bomb, but only "if" you catch it in time. Now you will say that is a pretty big "if" but if you are able to catch it you can demoralize the enemy and lock out one less mesmer and any who came through portal.
I will split this into separate sections, for each profession has the ability to help destroy the portal bomb.
Ranger will start this off:
-this is barrage, it does a nice aoe cripple and damage. This can buy you some much needed time to kill the enemy
-This is traps, i threw down Frost Trap for the chill and skill debuff, flame trap for good burn damage, and spike trap for cripple, bleed, and immobilize.
Necromancer:
-With lich form you can throw down a nice chill debuff, the minions, and a mark to rip off any boons.
-Marks will help give bleed, poison, chill, fear a good control at a portal
-Wells, they can help strip their boons, deal damage and inflict vulnerability, and if traited cause chill and blind.
Thief:
-daggerstorm: aoe cripple, bleed and damage
-Traps, needling to cause immobilized, poison, and tripwire to cause a 3 sec kd and cripple
Guardian:
-Line of warding on staff at portal, can help stop a few of those at first from getting off some damage/and easy pickings if they do not have stability/dodge it
-Whirling wrath for aoe damage, and binding blade for a nice pull to help group enemies together to spike
-Ring of warding, can keep those bottled up before they learn to dodge/stability out
Engineer:
-box of nails from Tool kit, a nice little cripple and bleed to help stall enemies
-Supply crate, can cause a nice stun, immobilize, burning
-Grenades, good aoe damage, and when traited properly you can just destroy any who come through quickly
Warrior:
-Stomp, a nice aoe damage and blowout (knocks people back) this can buy you even more time, and keeps those hit by it out of fight for a few seconds
-Earthshaker on hammer burst skill, an aoe high damage and stun that can last between 1-3 seconds.
-100blades, get at least one or two at the portal and you can rip through the enemies as they portal in.
-Combustive shot: warrior burst skill, a good aoe burning that can get their health down fast
Mesmer:
-Chaos storm: poison, weakness, chill, stun debuffs, and swiftness, retaliation, and aegis on those allies at the field.
-Feedback to reflect projectiles (since alot are Glasses you can just melt them) and on a glam mes you cause blind, confusion, confusion again when the exit. Than null field nearby to rip boons off, cure conditions, and cause more confusion effect.
-Use portal for an offensive/defensive option for you. If a glam mes you can use temporal curtain #4 on mes focus to pull the enemy through the glam fields to pile on more blind and confusion. This can help you just destroy/melt the enemy
Elementalist:
-Eruption to cause bleeding and damage, and unsteady ground to cause cripple on those who come through.
-meteor shower for good aoe damage (each hit counts as a seperate 5 aoe limit so it can be devestating) with lava font to cause good damage.
-Frozen Ground, a good chill field, and ice field so you can get frost aura if you do a blast finisher on it
-Static Field, this will cause a 2 second stun (more if you use condition extending items/or a sigil) causing you some needed time to spike those who come through
