State of WvWvW

Hi, for those who don't know who I am (which is probably everyone) I am Alpha Bladie of the old guild Aeterna here in FC on prelaunch. 
Back then we didn't have a Community forums along with Community TS.  But even then, directing guilds and communicating with pugs still worked fine. Thanks to Anet forcing FC to go up against Black Gate and Dragon Brand, a lot of players (the Hardcore ones) transferred off of FC due to it being free.  We learned very fast that FC was left with casuals who are only willing to play 3-4 hours maxed.  But even then, the quality back then was WAY better then it was today.

I came back to FC feeling that there was some unfinished business left and I felt somewhat an obligation to teach those who are interested in the ways of wvwvw.  Of course the world does not revolve around me, and this is mainly a personal goal of mine (plus I just miss my home FC).

But the truth about it is that this whole community is sick.  I don't mean the disgusting sick, but the lost/confused type of sick.  This server as it stands, is by far one of the worst servers in GW2.  What ever happened to the quality and the willing to participate as a whole to get something done?  Everyone plays a part of FC being how it is right now tbh:  The pugs, guilds, and commanders.  This server can't even get the basic shit down...

This is what I see:
1.  After over a year, half the players of FC are still upper levels.  WTF?  Bring your  A-game to the field please and log on your lvl 80.
2.  karma karma karma train is so (not) good
3.  Lack of socializing between players (TS and forums)
4.  Lack of basic knowledge of field blasting, movement, and battle presense is such a bluff.
5.  Unwilling participation of the whole community to achieve one goal.  I found out there are some feud between guilds and shit is being thrown around.  If you have beef with another guild then fix it like grown men/women.  Agree to disagree, squash your beef and move on.
6.  Players can't take all the blame, commanders are just as equally at fault
7.  Too many uneducated players swapping on their tag for no apparent reasons.
8.  Commanders not using TS, and when they are, they don't talk at all? 
9.  Multiple Commander tags at once in a BL (EB specifically)  Learn to communicate and share your time with other commanders as well (especially if you're doing really bad that night)
10. Commanders NEED to have some sort of social aspect in their commanding whether on TS or on Chat in game.  Why follow a commander then?

This is What I want to see:
1.  Show some support, bring your lvl 80's and participate with your server mates. 
2.  Karma train is good and fun, but STOP doing it every hour of the day.  Where are the fights?  Where are the fun and laughs and other purpose in logging in?  We have community forums and TS.  Use it to schedule specific days for Hardcore Karma trains.
3.  It's so hard to get people to talk and no one wants to talk at all?  It's expected that some people just don't feel comfortable talking but... It feels like the whole server is like that? 
4.  For those who do have knowledge of field blasting and knowing how to execute field battles, listen to them and learnnn.. If you don't want to listen to them then take your own time and research them yourself.  I hear sometimes ppl throwing out waterfields and no one is blasting.  Instead they just stand there and die like.. erm... Rally bots?
5.  There are just NO synergy whatsoever with anyone in this server.  Sure, you may have your moments but that's it.  It's not consistent and it's rarely being played out.  I see the announcements that there are server/guild meetings just before reset.  Me being curious, I asked those who have attended and they say it's a joke.  People tend to break off from WvWvW subjects and start talking about PVE stuff like Tequati and stuffies.  Get your stuff together.  Be more organized and plan more synergy with each other and with the community, Please.
6.  The quality in commanders are just Terribad.  If you don't use TS and don't use chat at all, stop trolling and do everyone a favor and untag.  Even the NPC Commander Seige Razor can do better.  That's what I feel like a lot of these commanders are, they're NPCs running around the map with no goals, just throwing down rams and doing their daily karma train.
7.  Where is the respect from commanders?  We don't need to see 3 commanders tagged up in the same BL.  It creates confusion and becomes very hectic.  Unless everyone is on TS with the commanders I can see it working but that's not going to happen anytime soon.  Learn to share your time with others so each commander can tag up.  A Commander's selfish goals and reasons can destroy a BL/server because she/he felt like they needed attention.
8.  If you're a commander and you don't use TS or is not active on chat then untag, Nuff said.  You're wasting yours and everyone's time. (2nd mention ftw)


I may be a first generation FC Resident but coming back I am completely new to how this server runs.  This is the honest neutral POV I've experienced here thus far.  This server needs a change asap.
