Looking for GVG

my account is smitler.1304   The guild I am in has a small WvW group. We are looking for GvG battles.  I entered as guest in your guys teamspeak, but i was banned, after talking to a few nice people who were helpful and were interested in what we were trying to do.  We have a few veterans, and plenty of new players.  War Zone was the guild i talked to that was interested, but due to the ban i was unable to reconnect with them. 

These will not be your typical Guild vs Guild at first (well it could be if you are not interested in my idea).  We are wanting to take it from a training point of view.  Other than just meeting at a certain area for open field battle, we would like you to man and siege up a tower, and we come try to take it. If interested we could man a tower and you attack us.  Also would like to stage ambushes.  Only the commanders would know and not share the information with the party. Want to see how quickly the group can react to this, and improve upon it.

 Even more, after these training exercises, we would be willing to ally with you temporarily and take a point of your choosing (hills/or bay that is not on our map, and not held by us or just a tower) If you are not interested in my last idea, no problem, just thought it would be pretty cool.
