Just wondering though the one I have been reading about has the following stats: "+569 Prec, +569 tough, +798 Cond Dam" which seems quite high compared to the one from Vermoth (+90 Prec, +90 tough, +64 Cond Dam).

Sorry I can't explain more than that theory.

You pick your amulet/jewel, runes, and sigils and you're ready to go.
