I noticed that we are starting to have WvW Meetings every Friday at 8:00pm EST on Fridays. I am not able to attend at that time very often, but would love to know what was discussed and possibly contribute.
I would like to request someone take light recap notes and post in the WvW Board what was discussed. That way we could get something to discuss here on the forums, continue the discussion past the meeting, and keep everyone involved.
Let me know what you think and someone post if they are up to the task!

With TS you can actually record what is said verbally so maybe we could start recording them and uploading them to here.

Recording the chat would be interesting, but I think it may end up being too large of a file (according to a quick google search roughly 10.85MB per min). I don't think you can easily embed the sound file into a post on these forums either, unless you made a video. If you can make it work though I say go for it:
To start recording in TS:
Go into Tools > Start recording
to stop go into Tools > Stop recording
can use quick keys too:
ctrl + shift + R ( record)
ctrl + shift + T ( stop recording )
This will create a high quality wave file.

Well back in COD:MW4 the team I ran with would have meetings like these that would last 3 or 4 hours and they easily recorded it and could upload them to the forums.

Good idea! Seeing as I will not be able to attend this Friday night, I'd love to know what we discussed as well as the strategy for this up-coming week

We also had a guy that could type shorthand so he would write everything that was said and he would post that with the audio in case something happened with the audio.
