First of all I love the idea of the FC residence badge. Thought I would suggest another minor improvement of the FC team speak in which players should label their name with their class. This way commanders can quickly take a peek at the TS and get an idea of the class makeup they have, perhaps call out specific players to drop a water/fire field, command a Mesmer to drop a portal etc. This is how I would suggest it is done:
[Guild Name]PlayerName(Class)
Example1: [Sass]Quainee(N) Example2: [Sass]Quainee(Necro)
We could use the following shorthand to label classes: Guardian: (G) Warrior: (W) Engineer: (Eng) Ranger: (R) Theif: (T) Elementalist: (Ele) Mesmer: (M) Necromancer: (N)
Please comment below what you think or how this can be improved?

I love the idea for coordination and to make commands happen smoother. It gives the commander an idea of what he is working with. Only problem is, some people have multiple classes that they use for WvW. For example, someone may run a Mesmer then switch to a guardian.. ect. ect!

Well a problem with that is, despite RedRum's point but just take that away, is I don't know about others but inorder to look at TS I have to Alt Tab out of the game to see who is in my channel or to switch channels. Then you have people switching in and out of channels, people go AFK, etc etc. So in the TS it could look like there are 5 Guardians 2 mesmers and a Necro for example, but in reality there could only be 2 guardians, a mesmer and no necros. Then you have to factor in the people that don't use TS.
It is a fantastic Idea though don't doubt that and I had the same idea but I was unsure of its execution in Real-Time.

Thanks for the feedback red7rum, it isn't hard to change your name in team speak on the fly. So in your example if they switch classes from Mesmer to guardian they change their tag from M to G. It just takes people to be conscious about it.

I am sure a lot of people would have to alt tab, I play with 2 monitors so I have the game running in one and team speak in the other. I can quickly glance at TS without having to minimize any windows. It is true that people may be in the team speak and be AFK or in a different BL all together, but I am sure the commanders could attempt to call out individuals if they need a Mesmer for a portal. Having this information displayed would hopefully increase the chance of getting the classes that they need for the task at hand. Another benefit is if there are classes a commander needs in let's say eternal when the Mesmer is in FCBL the commander could request the Mesmer to join his squad and join eternal for a large objective. I know it's not perfect and would need to be monitored by the player, but this could help commanders out. I am sure every bit helps.
