ITT: We talk about favorite necro builds

I am trying to create the ultimate necro build. My current build utilizes omnom berry pies, and siphoning to greatly increase the amount of healing that I do. Upon request, I can post my skill set. But, I wanna ask you guys.
So, FC, what is your favorite necro builds?
My Build:
My setup is a combination between zerker and healer necro builds
For traits, I have 30 in spite, 20 in curses, and 20 in blood magic
Spite:
My static properties include Parasitic Bond, Death into life, Siphoned Power.
My Dynamic properties include:
III, VI, and XI
In summary, Spite adds 300 to my power, and 30% to my condition length. Through my traits, I gain power once I fall below 25% health (which rarely ever happens) 5% of my healing is given to power (I heal a lot, so this is quite useful) and, my axe damage is increased/recharges 20% faster
Curses:
My static properties: Barbed precision, and Furious Demise
My dynamic properties:
V, VIII
Curses are extremely important for the master trait, simply because you will be abusing your warhorn tons. (That is certainly my most used weapon, probably even more that my axe) Therefore, to be able to have its effects last longer, and recharge 15% faster is a major bonus. If you don't plan on using a warhorn though, I recommend using IX (Focused Ritual), simply because if you aren't gonna use the war horn, than well AoE's are gonna be your best friend.
For your adept trait, I picked reaper's precision, since it simply adds a little more le way when trying to build your life force up. It isn't required, and can actually be swapped out for any other skill in necessary. I just really like it
Blood Magic:
If all else fails, make sure you have at least 20 in blood magic. This is a requirement for almost any decent necro build, since it really helps nullify your glass cannon attributes
My static properties:
Full of Life, and Vampiric
My dynamic properties:
Bloodthirst, and Vampiric Percision
This is certainly the most important part of the build. I can not stress how much this build relies on these traits. All of the traits stated improve how much health I steal when I hit an enemy. The amount of health added back can vary from as low as 40 to as high as 500 (I have only had 500 once, typically its about 250 or so)
Basically, the traits dictate then when ever I do any damage what so ever, some of the enemies health is siphoned back to me. As you could imagine, this is where I get most of my healing from. This can be GREATLY improved by consuming a black berry pie, or omnom berry pie before going into battle. With food, I can siphon up to 700 or so health.
My Armour:
My armour is full zerker, but could infact be easily swapped out for condition damage, (since the traits are set up to compliment both)
Besides one of my rings, my Armour is full exotic. At peak, I can do up to 75% crit damage. Also, a cool exploit that I found is that if you are double wielding, and both weapon have the exact same sigils, your stack grows twice as quickly
If you are within crowd with your necro, using the 2 skill on axe, you can keep on pushing out massive amounts of damage. Even if you are with the rain of fire, your health will barely go down.
With this build, your largest weaknesses are enemies that have extremely far range (elementalist, or rangers) Although, if the rest of your team is decent, this won't be an issue.
For skills, I use Well of blood, Signet of Locust, Signet of Spite, and Signet of Undeath
Basically, the only one of those signets that is certainly required is signet of locust, since if you are in a tight situation it restores quite a decent amount of health. But, when the signet is not active, you gain 25% speed boost (with locust storm from the warhorn, you can get up to another 33%) Typically, you would only want to use this signet if you are within a crowd and crippled. Otherwise, the 25% speed boost is extremely useful.
