As If Being Outnumbered Wasn't Bad Enough ....

I've been around for roughly 3 months now and as of late have attempted to help as much as I can in WvW. From doing the grunt work, to spending tons or karma/gold, and running with the zerg of course. Hell, I even branch off to start solo'n gates/walls down and then call the zerg over once it's about time to take it.
That being said, it seems like people do nothing but try to belittle one another while in WvW. Why is it everyone can't put personal differences aside when we're completely outnumbered? Example, today I went into ET BL with my guild KRAK. Now, I've heard that Krakrabbit isn't the most popular person among everyone but the only fault I see in him is that he's passionate about what he does. Actually, he seems a lot like me because I'll fly off at the mouth the second someone wants to talk down upon me as well. Reason being I do nothing but attempt to help our WvW status on a daily basis. Anyone who comes into WvW should be welcomed with open arms and nobody should be arguing out there. I say this because a lot of the time people are being sarcastic or just "bustin your balls" and it comes off in a manner that is WAY harsher than what is meant. Hence the reason we push for everyone to use Team Speak. It's 1000000000x's easier to listen to commands with 1 second delay rather than make someone talk in TS, then have to type it in map chat. I try to type out commands when I can for those that don't TS but to be 100% effective everyone needs to download it. To my understanding all guilds looking to WvW are welcome to join it and they'll be given their own guild channel.
I have loads more that I want to say but I came from Aion not looking to get crazy involved in the PvP/WvW aspect of things on a leadership level at all. Our current commanders, those that lead regularly and are capable of leading well, do a great job as it sits in my book. So I'm here to just back them, my guild, and FC up in WvW. Here is to hoping that people will grow-up a little bit and get past the silly childish parts. I don't need to say names as those reading it that cause the problems in WvW already know who they are and are probably taking offense to my post. Although I'm just stating my opinion on the matter .....
