A problem I'm seeing with a lot of commanders is their impatience with waiting for a zerg to come to them. For example, a commander could be holed up in a tower with fifteen other people in TeamSpeak against a thirty-plus HoD zerg that's dropping arrow carts like mad. When the commander decides to make a push against this group he/she normally ends up wiping half of his crew and barely making it back into the tower alive. Not good.
We need to promote an attitude on this server that it's okay to wait five minutes for a zerg to tear down your walls while your group bunkers up inside of the lord's room. Five minutes "wasted" and making an excellent farm is much better than losing the majority of your crew, regrouping, and running away from your tower. It's all about taking advantage of your terrain, baby.

If you layer your siege in the lords room/near it you can throw off the enemy thinking there is fewer siege than there really is. hope that helps
