This was my final reply to the KWBH leader and i have left it in there hand's Please note: - My only peruse for wanting KWBH here is for the benefit of the FC community and to help us strive for a better FC  - The gold mentioned in the message is the accumulation of only a few small donation's and mainly my own cash pile. I hold no grudge's if they accept my gold and come here only to leave a week later. (I don't wish to cause any drama in the FC Community) Message: "I have spoken to the FC community. As with many thing's there are a few for and against the idea. The biggest concern from the community is if KWBH will integrate itself into our community? we are such a tight nit community and if you did decide to come to FC you should be ready to get involved in the community TS and work alongside the existing Commander's/guild's. (offcourse you can still run as a guild ect. just be a part of the community) I think you would be a great asset to FC. I have fought against KWBH many time's and I can see you have a good understanding of the meta in WvW. I feel as though Both FC and KWBH will benefit from sharing our Knowledge with each other. The famous KWBH "portal bomb" and our FC "pain train" could be a lethal combination . All this being said, If you do decide to come to FC and integrate yourself into the FC community we have agreed to muster up a couple hundred gold maybe a bit more. I apologise if this is less than what you had hoped for. If you are still interested in coming FC and would like to talk over Teamspeak message me again and ill organise something. If you don't Decide to come to FC or you don't want to integrate yourself into the community than good luck to you and your guildie's on your future server, no hard feelings it has been good to fight a organised and talented guild like KWBH." |

If and when any guild from another server - even one from the same tier we in FC happen to be in at that point in time - it should be welcomed. And as others have mentioned it should not be paid for by any player(s) or guilds on our server.
That being said, ANY transferring guild should be made to feel welcomed - especially if they give better Oceanic time zone(s) coverage. Drama? what drama? its part of any MMORPG game that has WvW-type arenas. Its all about how its handled by us as Ferguson's Crossing. If we show them the welcome mat and give them the benefit of the doubt whilst always being watchful, I believe all can go well.
But if they are made to feel un-necessarily unwelcomed, they or any other immigrant guild will act accordingly - and leave as predicted.

They should come here because they want to, not because we bought them. Hit the nail on the head. If i'm putting my gold into something, i expect some sort of reward from it. Not saying they wouldn't help, but whereas most on FC have been through absolute shitstorms together, we understand that not everyone HAS to do what they are doing. With money involved, these guys would HAVE to deliver. Kills the community vibe we have going. Besides, i like playing during the night shift. Kinda grown accustomed to our habit of fighting larger numbers.  |
