hey guys! I finally got around to post
My WvW Condition Necro BuildThis build focuses on two things: AoE condition damage and survivability.
All rabid gear ( condition dmg/precision/toughness) and 30 points in death magic should give you over 1800 toughness (CR/FSU approved!) This will give you enough survivability to last in large group battles.
30 points into curses, and a superior sigil of corruption means that you'll be doing an insane amount of condition damage. Combine this with you Epidemic skill , and now you're melting an entire zerg's health.
with that said, it's still more beneficial for your group to spam Plague of darkness(2) over withering Plague (1) while in plague form ( along with the occasional Pestilence (3) for the cripple when stragglers are trying to run away )
situational skills:
swap out Corrupt boon for Well of corruption when holding the enemy off at a choke point.
you can also swap your dagger off-hand for a warhorn when running long distances.

Curses:
IV: weakening shroud - this casts AoE bleed and weakness on your position upon entering Death shroud. amazing dps in group battles
VI: Terror - Fear is actually the hardest hitting condition a necro has. + it deals more damage to players with another condition on them.
XII: Withering precision - 25% chance to cause weakness on crit. A high crit chance compounded Aoe skills, chances are that you're going to causing a lot of weakness.
Death Magic:
II: Greater Marks - your staff marks become bigger and unblockable.
V: Staff Mastery - staff skills recharge 20% faster.
You're going to be using your staff A LOT in WvW, and that makes these two traits invaluable.
VIII: Reaper's protection - cast AoE fear when disabled. awesome survivability tool and synergizes well with Terror.
Blood Magic:
Vi:Transfusion - Life Transfer heals allies.
life transfer is an excellant ability in group battles and this trait just makes it a whole lot better.
alterations
A strong case could be made for placing the 10 points from Blood Magic into Spite for Vengeful Spirit.
Spite:
V: Spiteful Spirit - Gain retaliation for 3 seconds when entering death shroud. excellant for pushing through chokes.
EDIT#2:
After some testing I noticed that Trait XII on curses, Withering precision wasn't as good as I thought.
I'd suggest replacing it with III: Chilling Darkness.This chills any foes that you blind. It's an awesome trait for spamming #2 in plague form.
( OR you might want to take II:hemophilia but with all the condition cleansing abilities out there I don't think you'll be getting all you can out of it. )
