This won't work. We can't go 5mins without drama over map chat and that's at least semi-localized. I don't think we can handle this on a larger scale. We couldn't ban people from the guild because that's counter productive and only leads to more drama. It also has no real functional use other than to look pretty on the battle field.
If you want to use this idea, then just expand the Ambassador program that WZ tried to start where the guild leaders and officers join this guild and can use it for meetings and such.

i dont think you understand...
FERG was created prior to FSU with very different intentions
it has no entry requirements
it has 3 ranks: Admin, Commander, and Soldier, all with invite power
it is currently merely a list of people who like wvw, i personally have tried to add in most of the regulars ive seen over the past few months
it is not a guild to be repped, unless you so choose
it is precisely the guild you are looking for. if you would like to take an active role in it, you are more than welcome. but you dont *need* to go out and try to build another list as its already there.
