To all those causing server drama:
Why is there two public TS servers? To be honest, it is splitting the server and ruining our WvW organization. People are too worried about their egos on this servers instead of about working together and getting over themselves to better this server. These people include Alice, Lableu, Krakrabbit and whoever the second public Teamspeak server. For example, Alice's trolling gets this server nowhere and makes himself look like a fucking retard. If we are ever going to move up in the rankings (and even up in tiers) this has to stop and we have to start cooperating. Why is someone making another TS server when all Edwin did was try to better the TS server (and later chance it back i should add) to conform to the best interests of the server. All we are doing by making another TS server is confusing the people of FC and creating more uneccesary drama that this server does not need. To add to this, how about we stop calling out FC pugs for running zerker gear and instead send them a whisper on tips about their builds. If you havent noticed, Agg does HAVE people who run zerker and it is quite effective for them seeing as they wipe us the majority of the time,
Overall, this server cant handle anymore drama and we have to start working as a unit. All good servers create a positive atmosphere for people where teamwork and success flourish. How about we start doing the same and get over our egos and start looking at FC as a whole instead of a server made up of various sides and trolls that hinder out success as a whole.

it may not have been clear in the last post but im on kerns side for this. I disagree with everyone makind a new ts server and confusing eberyone on fc. all kern was doing the other way was trying to improve the server. his ideas obviously didnt pan oit and he changed his chanhed everything thing back. in my opinion he righted the wrong and there is no need fir people totake matter into their own hands and maje a new server

The issue isn't the TS. The issue is that Kern is in charge of the TS. A majority left since they thought Kern was a horrible admin in general, based off the edits to the TS he was making.

But the point is he changed it all back. Just becuase he made a mistake doesnt mean everyone should just abandon ship. Its like saying everytime you make a build that doesnt pan out you should just delete your character and start another one. I also should have focused more on the egos on this server. People on FC are more worried about themselves and their guilds rather than the server as a whole. It creates a bad atmosphere that hinders our chances at success

Speaking personally, I'd rather not use public resources that aren't really public. It wasn't the changes per se, but the way they were made. I figure if he felt he had the right to just change things around without warning, odds are good he'll do something like it again in the future. I'd rather use a resource where I know what to expect.

It ain't a community TeamSpeak if the admin isn't interested in fostering a community other than his own. If he wants to run a server for his guild where that kind of shit flies then that's fine; but don't stamp the word "COMMUNITY" on it otherwise. |

It's creating another problem as well. Look at all the immature comments. There is no problem with a second TS since the one we used to use is going down soon. And this way all of the guild leaders have some mod powers, not just a select few.

TS is just part of the problem. You cant say that this server is perfect and there is never any conflicts between people over pointless things

The whole TS thing, for me was, was pretty weird. I didn't really get the changes and then the people who run in the map specific (more public) channels all said they were going to a new TS. As a PuG player it just makes sense for me to follow the guys who play with the PuGgers.
Now the drama, I agree. It's not needed. Though not unexpected. Some people don't like each other and some people talk shit. If someones getting a little too 'vocal' in the public channels maybe just send them a whisp to cool it a bit or take it to their guild chats/channels.
I really don't like the belittling of people who aren't bunker builds. Or who don't use teamspeak. I think it makes us look like a bunch of elitist assholes. Which if I hadn't been an early adopter of the TS I would probably have told the people who say "get on TS or you suck dick" or the equivalent, to go fuck themselves. Just gently nudge guys, make it seem like we are a fun group to play with and people will adapt to the playstyles we've seen work very well AKA bunker/support builds, because I do have a lot of fun playing with you guys and I think the whole server would too.
Just my opinions, take it or leave it.
