You guys aren’t giving enough credit to the PUGs. Last night they attacked SM without any commanding presence against equal numbers. They managed to down both walls and prepare an assault on the lord’s room. It wasn’t until this point that Bass Head (who is leaving too I imagine?) took command of about half the zerg and attacked the lord from behind. It’s worth mentioning that about 10-15 of us were already in the back preparing to do just that even without his assistance.
I will admit.. you PUG's sure are good at taking undefended shit.

Then the majority of FC found out and immediately started verbally attacking, and insulting me and pew pew (leaders of FSU).
You guys came to our small server, recruited all of the best players interested in becoming better at WvW, and then decided to publicly discuss in the TeamSpeak about switching servers to our enemy's side. Poor, poor misunderstood [FSU]. How shameful of the puggers to discuss in map chat what a shitty thing you were doing.
They'd rather all be glass and roam in groups of 5. As you can see on Alice's signature on his first post, THAT is the mentality of Fergs.
Running in groups of five is the same as the mindless zerging tactics Kern and Krakrabbit try to enforce every day on the battlefield. Being on the TeamSpeak and equipping bunker builds doesn't make you part of the zerg.
Quite frankly I transferred to this server not knowing enough about the majority, and now that I have made friends/a guild that I enjoy playing with.. We are going to be moving away from the pettiness of Ferg's. Just as Agg did.. quitely. On our arrival at this new server we will do seldom recruiting in order to stregthen our guild as a whole, we will keep to ourselves for the most part, and do our best to avoid any drama in said server. Hopefully by doing this, I can put a filter up on as much of the immaturity as I can. As I am aware that its almost guaranteed anywhere that I go.

As you can see Alaric. Alice's mentality is mutual among the majority of Ferg. Just because he doesn't understand, or completely agree with an OFFER. They lose all self control, and instead of asking about it, they jump to conclusions and criticize something in which they know nothing about. This alone was the DECIDING factor.
We've reached a tipping point due to the mentality that Alice promotes. A mentality that not only trolled Agg away from the server, but removed the CORE of FC from their home.

All the players were already here, no one came in and took the "good" players. None of us publicly discussed switching, which is why I'm bothered by the fact that people found out.

We were a little quick on making our decision but there was really nothing to consider to be honest. As I said in my previous post, unless FC gets some massive transfers for a night crew FC will not be going anywhere.

I don't want fair-weather WvW guilds transfering to this server; what good is it having one of the top WvW guilds fighting with us for a week, taking our scraps, and bailing as soon as possible? Is this your idea of "community building", because it's an absolutely shitty idea. If a guild leader comes to me asking for information on our server and tells me that his group isn't interested in joining our TeamSpeak then he can royally fuck off. I'll say it again: Your guild can fuck off if you don't want to become a part of our community.
Besides, when did I ever claim I was this server's king? I don't censor anything you guys say. I don't kick you from the TeamSpeak if I disagree with your ideologies. Hell, I don't even bother tagging my forum name with administrator privileges because I disagree with the concept of "leadership" altogether. Look I know alice is a troll, I was trolled by Alice when I first met Alice, but the thing is he does manage to lead at some point if he can, now the thing is, not all of Fergs shares the same mentality, that is the problem, the problem lies in that everyone has a view point on how something will work, ok Kraks point of view, he can be put aside as in he is on some other lvl where he doesn't think things through, ALice does have a point that lately FSU, did get a bit tad cocky in many things, and when someone offered helped like I did, we were brushed aside, if a guardian wasn't FSU he wasn't important, only eles, you did ridicule every build, every other commander, I know some people are plain noob when it comes to certain things, but sometimes just let people learn the harsh way. Now this sense of pride that rules in FC is a factor, the reason some didn't want Agg to come to FC is because we don't want any guild to take credit for taking FC to the top, then it becomes a circlejerk of Agg this, Agg that, and i know it sucks but it came out to be like that, specially since they stopped FC from dominating Et when we had the chance, now GoM overrules our night crew, they get a 10k to 20k every night, and people outside of FSU do care for PPT, Alice just wants to troll, but the community does care about points, and asddly mainly because we've always been in the losing side. People get butthurt easily some don't realize glass cannons suck in combat against big organized groups, they have this mentality of power does it all, I learned CC can kill a team, as you learn stuff like this you fight differently, but some people just need to be taught that the battlefield is not the same from when we faced SF, SF hindered us as in that any group bigger than 5 is a zerg and is therefore frowned upon, and so this server has to get its sht together and agree on something.

No you recruited 10 people you made friends with and they were willing to listen and work together, you could have icked 10 other random people made friends with them, if they were interested in WvW as much as you and you became a guild, 1 banner, than of course you would work together efficiently, meanwhile you have 100 other possible useful people fighting over drama like WZ, Krak, Deth and etc, raging at each other for being useless commanders, for being pugs, and ignoring each other any chance comes up for teamwork, except Krak of course, but lets say player X logs in and he had a dilemma with player y, Player X :"Oh, I see commander y is there fk him and his tactics im running with commander G", and etc, or some commanders saying that Commander's Z's tactics don't work, and or guilds shunning each other because they view each other's leaders or members as inferior, the drama goes on, I don't blame Bass he didn't really know what he got himself into, and he didn't chose the best players, he chose the best players that "Work" with him, give anyone the chance to make a group again of 10 players willing to listen, willing to train together and learn together, and just watch them be as good, that's all it is to it, just this server is disfunctional when it comes to working together.

In my opinion good players are people who are willing to work together in a team based game. And as you stated here:

Yeah lol which is why I wanted to band together every guild in this darn server, and have a boot camp guild sort of thing,e very guild has fair representation, no one is lesser or greater, its all about learning, practicing, and then going to the battlefield and putting yourself to the test every time, because from what i hear of older players and others who have been longer than my 2 months is that this happens all the time, Guild Z comes in tries to gather momentum to become the WvW guild and bam they become good or organized or idk and bam they get into drama and leave or disband etc, and Bass you haven't been here for long so I think you should be exempt from all this drama, and should just put it aside that this server does have some issues within itself, which is why I wanted to form a pseudo guild representing every guild, have everyone run under a same banner in WvW and therefore bringing this community together, but again its only gonna change with the effort of others.
