I love pew pew etc, but some have turned into elitist jerks, not only that seriously it has gone to their heads, in the beginning when an FSU commander logged on it was like, we are safe now we can organize and have a tag to lead, but past week it was a FSU this or that, only FSU mattered in anything, yes they did pull alot of weight they helped so much actually but the thing about group work and as a server, it was almost 60% of the time raging at pugs, I understand how they can be infuriating, I've been with them, I've gad good laughs as they barefisted a wall, a gate, set down cats close to enemy siege range etc, don't know when to stick together and defend the siege they have, (they're kinda cute lil munchkins xD), they can be trained and Alice I might wanna speak to you about something with pugs and stuff, if FSU does leave us for a high tier server it's alright they can move on to bigger and better things, but if they left us for ET that's a spat on our face and it is just a game, but in Fergs the minute you step in, you are part of our community, we are so small we are like the small town where everyone has met everyone at some given point, I have the resources to easily have left this server weeks ago, but I'm no bandwagoner, and I like our server, IDC where Ferguson will go but I will go with it,even if we are left with few commanders I will stand up next to the pugs and defend Fergie all day, also some were saying in map chat how these past weeks they were bombarded with nothing but hate (pugs) how they had just joined the server and how our community was crap filled with abusive commanders , one thing I did notice is that sometimes pugs are a sht to deal with as a commander, but I have seen that anyone with patience even a lousy commander can gain their affection and support.

I have to say it's disappointing to have a guild attempting to unite the server and talk about the fun / challenge of fighting other organized guilds, to leaving to join a bigger guild and try to faceroll T8 to climb the tiers.
Sure the elitist attitude and constant put-downs of PUGs turned people off, but the tactics worked and the organization was great. Even if it is only 15 leaving, those are 15 hardcore players with atleast 6+ commanders. I have no ill-will towards FSU, they did alot for the server - heck I brought some of my pve friends into that murderball and they loved it!
IMO if they wanted bigger and more challenging zerg battles they were better off transferring to a higher tier because ET is likely stuck in T8 for a good while.

Right, the loss is more of the fact that they played on a consistent basis and played well together more than their ability to lead a zerg (which they weren't good at). This is something this server is lacking right now. We don't have a large, organized guild that does anything as a guild. We have large guilds, sure. But they have cliques of members that do things in small groups of 5 or less and rarely do anything organized at all.
This is all AGG offered ET which was in the same boat as us. All it takes is an organized core and a bunch of fodder (effectively how FSU approached the PUGS) and you can do wonders. Their commanding style was nothing special and someone else will replace them quickly. It's the core this server's lacking and doesn't have once again.

Well, this is a bummer for me. I really enjoyed playing with the FSU guys, these last couple weeks. I wish them the best of luck where ever they go. Personally, I'd rather they stayed. Even though I can count a few times they told me to fuck off for playing on my alts. So I can understand why there is the sentiment of those who seem like they are happy to see them go.
I've donated siege and gold to them, and I'm big on loyalty, so I guess that's why I am really bummed. I thought everyone on the TS was really excited to fight these overwhelming odds, and rise above. Hopefully we'll figure it out, we are not a PPT server. As it is now we don't have the coverage to play the PPT game. So lets just focus on having 'fun'. Alaric, has tried to hammer that point a few times because the PPT isn't the measuring stick for our server. Only bringing this up because I know the FSU guys talk about PPT alot, and I wonder if our losing is part of their reason for jumping ship.
Looks like I'll have to put together some scratch sooner than I thought in order to get a commander tag if we're really going to lose 5-6 commanders (ouch).

mord's comment reflects what I was just thinking. Some of the descriptions of FSU's behavior makes me strongly suspect this is a rather successful trolling by someone in their group. I think someone wanted attention and to be able to say "haha see you guys really do need us".
I'm going to wait and see if they really do leave, and which ones out of the group.

Personally I think it really sucks that FSU is leaving (or even thinking about leaving). I've always enjoyed running with them and sticking to the "new" game plan as much as possible. I've contributed gold (from the little I have) and even sponsored some gold to get that one guy from VK (whoever he is) transferred to FC.
I defended our commanders (including the guys from FSU) in map chat and encouraged TS and our new tactics often. For them to move to ET is just stupid. If you want to fight as the under dogs then stick with FC or move to some other blue/red team, but to go on and on and on about how easy those ET players melt in front of our organized group then go and join them??? I smell some Agg in the mix. It really seems to be a case of (previously stated by many) "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em". What's there to gain really? Aiming for T1? I think not. So aiming for T7? Really? WTF!
Be that as it may - there was a lot of harsh words spoken toward the FSU guys last night and I doubt they would really want to hang around FC to snap up some more abuse.
It's been fun hanging with the FSU guys, but if they feel they'd rather move on to greener (or blue-er) pastures then so be it. Just refrain from hanging around FC BL too much please - let us PUGS fend off GoM even though our tactics or gear is not up to par with Aggs'

FSU is not even 3 weeks old, you all talk like they have been a guild forever. They only have 6 to 8 players on at any given time. One guy promised all the good commanders cookies to join and now its going to bit the server in the .......

Well as i told alice... I'm staying behind... Cant leave ma fergs family. We survived NP leaving and we'll survive FSU leaving. I'll miss runnin with my FSU bros n sis's just like i missed my np family, but will always be loyal to fergs.
I'll try to wear my pin more often as well during the week. And practice the tactics we've been working on since vk was here.
Anyway... I'll give my best.. And i hope you all will too... Cause fergs is an awesome place to live.
